A Child Loaned
I'll lend you for a little time a child of mine', he said,
'For you to love the while he lives, and mourn for when he's dead.
He may be six or seven years, or even two or three,
But will you, till I call him back, take care of him for me?
He'll bring his charm to gladden you, and, should his stay be brief,
You'll have his lovely memories as solace for your grief.

I cannot promise he will stay, since all from earth return,
But there are lessons taught down there I want this child to learn.

I fancied that I heard them say, 'Dear Lord, thy will be done,
For all the joys thy child shall bring the risk of grief we'll run.
We'll shelter him with tenderness, we'll love him while we may
And for the happiness we've known for ever grateful stay.
But, should the angels call for him much sooner than we'd planned
We'll brave the bitter grief that comes and try to understand.

We Miss You So Much !

imiss you somuch,its so hard to face the fact you've gone..
i dont want to face up to it but i have too,its been 5months and it only seemed like yesterday when i saw you smile, everyone misses you so muchh its unbareable, sometimes i just sit there and think why? i want you too come back, so does everyone, i'll never forgett you i promise, i'll be seeing you soon i hope. reciently i have been thinking about you loads. about how you used to be in primary school. and your passion for football. i dont know why but at the moment your all i can really think about. i miss you matt. hope your in a batter place meeting lots of new people and probably playing football with them all. just like you would. Matt i know we didnt reay get on but the las time i saw u we truely got on amazing.
when we was outside playing footy with the dogs.
it was a lot of fun.
and i wanted to do it again sometime.
and when we was at jjb with nan and my mum.
and we was looking at the trainers and everything.

RIP

I've known you for a long time.
Since i was about 11, when we used to be on the touchline at moneyhole park, watching your mum cheer on the panshanger girls.
And when you and adam right used to take shots at me when i was a goalie, can't believe these are all memories.
Hope you had a good send of, sorry i couldn't be there at your funeral.
Your parents still come to my street to see Mandy Wright and family, shame you aren't there anymore.

I was so saddened to hear of the news and you will be such a loss to all of our lives. I remember all the fun times from the past years such as in tenerife and looking after you and david in the summer holidays. You will be greatly missed by us all but i hope you are happy wherever you are and you are still alive in all of our hearts.

Really going to miss you Matt, especially at the football festival when you use to carry the scores back for me. I couldn't believe when I heard, how can life be so cruel to take away such a great person.
